Think of the paper as something that you are preparing to present to senior administration of a healthcare organization. Typically, you would be allowed about 10 minutes for your presentation, so the paper must be concise and to the point. The outline of a briefing paper is attached. Background The Paradise Hills Medical Centre is facing human resources and ethics based issues which must be addressed with possible solutions. The medical centre is seeing a drop in market share and most of its senior physicians are in their retirement age. In the monthly meeting it was found that 22 patients were given overdose of the radiation therapy (Perry, n.d.). However in investigating it was found that this error was not reported to the patients as the CEO responded by saying that it was not the error of the medical staff so it was not their liability, however the board did not agree and asked for full disclosure to the patients in two weeks.
